According to their website, Embassy Suites has free made-to-order breakfast, on-site restaurant, room service, indoor pool, fitness center, airport shuttle, concierge, and digital key for Hilton Honors members.
7) I’m not staying at Embassy Suites. How do I participate in the Phi O Reunion Welcome Meet and Greet?
Fill out the event reservations form. The cost is $15 for two drinks and light snacks. Instructions on payment will be included in your confirmation email.
8)What’s the format of the Phi O Reunion Throwback Pizza Party on Wednesday night?
The Phi Os have a private room for this event. Dinner will be served as a buffet and includes vegetarian and non-red meat choices. The meal will be approximately $60 based on 30 attending. It will be less if more attend, and a little more, if fewer attend. Drinks are purchased separately by each individual.

10)Where is the Throwback Pizza Party?
The Throwback Pizza Party is at Crust Brewing in Parkway Bank Park, on Wednesday, September 24 at 6:30 pm. Crust Brewing is 0.3 miles away from Embassy Suites, which is about a 10-minute walk.
11) How do I pay for the Pizza Party?
You can use Zelle, Venmo, or send a check . Instructions on how to use the payment method you choose will be provided in your confirmation email.
12) What about parking at the hotel or in Rosemont?
If you’re staying at Embassy Suites, you may self-park for $29/day plus applicable taxes in a secured, covered parking deck, with in/out privileges. If you are not staying at Embassy Suites, you may park in the same deck at a $39/day rate.
According to the Rosemont.com website: Parking is FREE with validation from any of the Parkway Bank Park venues. Without validation, parking is $15 per 24 hour period. Handicap parking is located on the ground floor of the parking garage.Valet is available for $15 on the ground floor of the parking garage in front of Fogo de Chao after 5 PM on Monday – Friday and all day weekends. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking garage height is six feet, ten inches.

Rosemont has a great little app for your phone or tablet. Search for “Rosemont” and download the app on your phone or tablet. Or you can go to Rosemont.com and see things to do, places to go, and where to eat.
15) How do I use Venmo to pay?
You can only use your phone to pay with Venmo, so you’ll have to load the app on your phone from the Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device. Once you’ve set up your account, you will need to agree to terms and fill in some personal information, as well as a source for your payment. This can be a debit card, bank account, or credit card. You also will need to fill in the information on how much you want to send and to whom. Information on where to send your payment will be included in your confirmation email.

16) How do I use Zelle to pay?
Zelle is only associated with certain banks. Your bank already may have Zelle, but many credit unions do not. To check to see if your financial institution has Zelle, go to Zelle.com and search the list of financial institutions that have the program. Download the app to your phone and enroll in the program. Once you’ve set up your account, you will need to agree to terms and fill in some personal information, as well as a source for your payment. (NOTE: You must have a checking or savings account with your bank to use any form of Zelle.) Information on where to send your payment will be included in your confirmation email.

In appreciation for her willingness to accept these costs, the committee asks you to be prompt in your payment. Further instructions on how to use your preferred payment method will be sent to you when you submit this reservation form. Note: Because the cost of the pizza party is based on the number of Phi Os attending, your remittance is non-refundable. And because the cost will be determined by the number attending, no reservations for the Throwback Pizza Party can be accepted after September 1. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
